About You: I divide my time about half and half between practicing law in lower Manhattan(representing people with serious illness and disability on insurance issues, doing public policy work for voluntary health organizations)and farming. I sometimes trade agricultural tips with that other late-in-life farmer, Tom Quinn. Along the way to becoming a lawyer, I got a masters degree in anthropology. My partner, when not running the farm, sells middle eastern weavings, writes, and runs tours to Turkey. That and New Orleans are where we do most of our travel on those rare occasions when we can escape NY. I like what I do and how I live, but aging does not thrill me.

About You: I was introduced to my husband, Bill, at a Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity party by John Bonanno in 1971 at Rutgers. We subsequently married after graduation in 1973 and moved to Boston for 2 years while Bill earned his MBA. The interesting fact about this is that John’s dad and mine were childhood friends and John’s family moved to Cresskill at the recommendation of my dad. After Bill’s graduation from HBS, we did a lot of moving around – Cleveland, Denver, back to NJ where we had our first son, Evan. Our final move to Dallas, TX was in 1980 and we have lived there ever since. Our second son, Keith was born in ’83 and is entering his 2nd year of law school at Vanderbilt this fall. Evan resides in Bethesda, MD and is in sales operations at JDSU. My life has been happily occupied with raising our boys, 12 years of scouting volunteerism, working with my husband in his consulting business, as an office manager in a jewelry store, law firm and now an Internet marketing company. Have stayed close to family back east though rarely get to Cresskill since my family lives in northwest NJ. One of the highlights of my life was touring Morocco with 16 family members and having dinner with the US Ambassador to Morocco, a personal friend, who hosted all 16 of us! Life has been good though are we ever where we thought we would be way back in high school? The journey continues with a much anticipated stop in Cresskill for our (aaack !!!) 40th high school reunion! See you there.

Hobbies: Traveling, walking
About You: Upon graduation, I went into the workforce as a secretary. After several years, I decided to continue my education and graduated from Bergen Community College. I was hired by Pan Am where I met and married my husband Cory. We recently celebrated our 30th anniversary. While employed at Pan Am, we had the opportunity to travel to many different destinations. For the past 12 years, I have been employed with Western Union.

About You: Hi Everyone, I tried to submit my bio before the reunion and it didn't work - let's see if it goes through this time! Anyway,a synposis of the last 40 years looks like this: highs and lows, blessed with laughter that hurts your belly, and lessons of sadness that can only make you grow better. 2 incredibly nice and beautiful daughers: Jenna is 32 and brought us Ava Jenny (2+ years) and Madden Christopher (6 months). Jenna and her husband and kids just moved to Raleigh, but we see them all the time. Daugher #2 is 30 year old Megan, living a very social life from her home base in Brooklyn, but she still comes home to roost and have a nice afternoon nap in Mom's family room! Speaking of Mom, I started a second, third, or maybe 4th career as a nurse, graduating in 1988. Have worked at Hackenssack University Medical Center for over 20 years as a Nurse Manager. Went back for more torture as a student older than my professors and graduated NYU's College of Nursing with a Master's in Psychiatry. Opened a private practice in Ridgewood earlier this year, but am definitely holding onto my day job! So, I did not make it to the reunion, as I was babysitting my Southern Grandies, here for a visit...so sorry to have missed you all. Looking forward to the next one! Nice reading about all of you, though I still can't believe it's 40 years - I am still listening to the White Album! If anyone needs a good shrink - drop me a line!
